1. Overview
TANHA SongWorks creates personalised songs and creative digital content tailored specifically for each customer. Due to the customised and digital nature of our products, all payments made for personalised song orders are considered final and non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy for Personalised Songs
For the purposes of this policy, “production” begins when you submit your story and TANHA SongWorks starts the creative songwriting process, including drafting lyrics, composing music, or any related production work.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, your project is confirmed and reserved. Production begins after your story is submitted, as defined above. As this work is customised exclusively for you, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Expectation mismatch after delivery
- Delays caused due to unresponsive customer communication
3. Delay in Story Submission
Once payment is completed, the project is reserved for you. To proceed, you are required to submit your story details within a reasonable time.
If the story is not submitted within 30 days from the date of payment, the project may be considered inactive. In such cases, TANHA SongWorks reserves the right to close the project without refund.
Requests to resume an inactive project after this period may be accommodated at our discretion and may require additional charges.
4. Revision Support
If you are not satisfied with the first version of the song, we offer reasonable revisions depending on the selected package. Revisions are intended to fine-tune the output but do not qualify for refunds.
Please note that revision requests are not refunds. Revisions are part of the creative process and do not qualify for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
4. Refunds for Duplicate or Failed Payments
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Payment deducted but order not registered due to technical error
For such cases, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since personalised song creation begins soon after payment, cancellations after order confirmation are not accepted. Please ensure that all details shared with us are accurate before confirming your order.
