Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

TANHA SongWorks creates personalised songs tailored specifically for each customer. Due to the customised and digital nature of our services, all confirmed personalised song orders are considered final and non-refundable once production begins.

2. When Production Begins

For the purpose of this policy, “production” begins when:

• Payment has been successfully completed, and
• Your story details or required inputs have been submitted, and
• TANHA SongWorks initiates songwriting, lyric drafting, composition, or related creative work.

3. No Refund Policy for Personalised Songs

Once production has begun, refunds are not available under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
• Expectation mismatch after delivery
• Delays caused due to unresponsive customer communication

4. Delay in Story Submission

After payment, your project slot is reserved. Story details and required inputs must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

If required inputs are not submitted within 30 days of payment, the project may be considered inactive and may be closed without refund.

Requests to resume an inactive project may be accommodated at our discretion and may require additional charges.

5. Revision Support

If you are not satisfied with the first version of your song, revision support is available as per your selected package.

Revisions are part of the creative process and do not qualify as grounds for refund or cancellation.

6. Refunds for Duplicate or Failed Payments

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Payment deducted but order not registered due to technical error

Approved refunds in such cases will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. Please ensure all submitted information is accurate before confirming your order.
