At TANHA SongWorks, all songs are delivered digitally. This Song Delivery Policy explains how delivery works, the expected timelines for each Song Experience, and your responsibilities in ensuring timely delivery.

1. Delivery Method

  • Email delivery (MP3/WAV files, lyric sheets, or download links)
  • Google Drive or equivalent cloud storage links
  • Any alternate digital delivery method mutually agreed upon

No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Timeline (By Song Experience)

A Gentle Beginning

  • Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days

A Deeper Story

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

Legacy & Brand Anthem

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days

Express Delivery Add-On (if selected)

  • Delivery within 48 hours, subject to complexity

These timelines assume that all required inputs are provided on time.

3. Mandatory User Inputs & Response Time

  • Customers must provide all required details (story, mood, names, references, pronunciation, etc.) to begin production.
  • Required inputs should be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
  • Delays in providing inputs will automatically extend the delivery timeline.
  • If inputs are not received within 7 days, the project may be paused or closed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery Completion

An order is considered delivered when:

  • The final audio file(s) are sent to your registered email address, or
  • A valid download link is shared and accessible

Please check your spam or promotions folder if delivery is not immediately visible.

5. Failed Delivery or Access Issues

  • We will resend files or links upon request.
  • Alternate delivery methods (such as WhatsApp) may be used if needed.

6. Revisions & Updated Files

  • If your Song Experience includes revisions, updated files will be delivered digitally.
  • Each revision may require an additional 1–3 working days depending on scope.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All digital delivery costs are included in the listed price. No physical shipping charges apply.
