At TANHA SongWorks, all products are delivered digitally through email or a download link. This policy explains how delivery works, timelines for different song packages, and your responsibilities for providing timely inputs.
1. Delivery Method
All orders are delivered digitally through:
- Email (MP3/WAV file, lyric sheet, download link)
- Google Drive link or equivalent
- Any alternate delivery channel mutually agreed on
No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.
2. Delivery Timeline (Based on Package)
Personal Use – Basic Package
- Delivery timeline: 4–5 working days
Personal Use – Premium Package
- Delivery timeline: 3–4 working days
Corporate Package
- Delivery timeline: 7–10 working days
Express Delivery Add-On (If selected)
- Delivery: Within 48 hours (depending on complexity)
These timelines assume that all required user inputs are provided on time.
3. Mandatory User Inputs & Response Time
- The customer must provide required details (story, mood, references, names, pronunciation, etc.) to begin production.
- You must respond with the required inputs within 48 hours of purchase.
- Delays in providing inputs will automatically extend the delivery timeline.
- If inputs are not received within 7 days, TANHA SongWorks may pause or cancel the project (non-refundable if work has begun).
4. Delivery Completion
An order is considered delivered when:
- The final audio file(s) are emailed to you, or
- A valid download link is shared and accessible.
Please check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within the expected timeline.
5. Failed Delivery / Email Issues
- We will resend files to an alternate email ID if needed.
- We can also share via WhatsApp or any preferred platform upon request.
6. Revisions & Updated Files
- If your package includes revisions, revised files will also be delivered digitally.
- Each revision may require 1–3 extra days based on complexity.
7. Pricing & Taxes
All digital delivery costs are included in the product price. No additional shipping charges apply.
