1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to TANHA SongWorks. “You”, “Customer” refer to the person purchasing or using our services. “Personalised Song” refers to any custom-created audio content made specifically for the customer. “Corporate Song/Jingle” refers to custom audio content created for business use.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service from TANHA SongWorks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Services Offered

  • Personalised songs for individuals
  • Custom songs for events (birthday, anniversary, proposal, breakup, etc.)
  • Corporate jingles, branding music, and content
  • Poetry-to-song and story-to-song conversions

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before the creation of your personalised or corporate song begins.
  • Payments are accepted via Razorpay and other approved methods.
  • Pricing is subject to revision without prior notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

5. No Refund Policy

  • All personalised songs and corporate jingles are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
  • Once the creation process begins, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines vary based on project type and complexity.
  • Delivery is made digitally via email, WhatsApp, or any approved method.

7. Usage Rights

  • Personalised Songs are for personal use only and may not be used commercially.
  • Corporate Songs/Jingles include commercial usage rights.
  • Where required, customers must credit “TANHA SongWorks”.

8. Intellectual Property

  • We retain full ownership of all compositions, melodies, lyrics, and musical arrangements unless a separate commercial license agreement is issued.
  • You receive usage rights depending on the package purchased.
