“You”, “Customer / Client” refer to the person purchasing or using our services.
“Personalised Occasion Song” refers to a custom-created audio track designed for gifting and personal celebrations (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Milestones, etc.).
“Deep Story Personalised Song” refers to a personalised song created with extended narrative depth, structured storytelling, and enhanced production.
“Project” means the complete creative and delivery process of the ordered song.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or clicking the confirmation/checkout button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the usage rights applicable to your purchase.
3. Services Offered
- Personalised songs for birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations
- Deep narrative personalised songs based on detailed life stories
- Poetry-to-song and story-to-song conversions (within selected package scope)
- Songs intended for gifting, personal use, and permitted social-media sharing
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before the project begins.
- Payments are accepted via Razorpay and other approved methods.
- Pricing may change in the future, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.
- Work starts only after required details are submitted and payment clears.
5. No Refund Policy
- All songs are custom-created; refunds are not possible once the creation process begins.

6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery timelines begin after all required information is submitted and payment is received.

7. Revisions Policy
Personalised Occasion Song:
- 1 complimentary revision
- Additional revisions ₹499 each
Deep Story Personalised Song:
- 2 complimentary revisions
- Additional revisions ₹499 each
Revisions cover reasonable changes to lyrics, vocals, mixing, or arrangement. Major reworks or structural changes may incur additional charges.
8. Song Experiences & Usage Rights
Personalised Occasion Song
This package is intended for personal listening and gifting.
You may share the song on non-monetised social media platforms with visible credit to TANHA SongWorks and a link to tanhasongworks.com.
Commercial use, advertisements, paid promotions, or monetisation is not permitted.
Deep Story Personalised Song
This package allows sharing on non-monetised social media platforms with clear credit and website link.
Commercial use or monetisation requires explicit written agreement.
Intellectual Property:
TANHA SongWorks retains ownership of all compositions, melodies, lyrics, performances, and arrangements.
Customers receive only the usage rights granted under their purchased package.
9. Prohibited Uses
- You must not use the song for illegal, defamatory, hateful, or obscene purposes.
- Breach of usage rights may result in licence revocation and legal action.
- You agree to comply with any takedown request.
10. Indemnity & Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TANHA SongWorks from claims arising from misuse of the song or violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TANHA SongWorks disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the songs.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your stories and briefs as confidential and will not publish them without your permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, India.
13. Privacy & Data
Personal information is used only for order processing and delivery. For data requests, contact support@tanhasongworks.com.
14. Acceptance Mechanism
Checking the “I agree” box and completing payment constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Orders remain governed by the version active at time of purchase.
